He was kind and even gave me additional information and pointed out tips and things that were on my mind, but I forgot to ask. Excellent service!

I use them so much traveling to mexico. So easy, I call them up and tell them what day and time crossing the border and they have policy ready in seconds. I can pick it up and not wait in line if they are with a customer and they also email policy if I don't want to go in the office to get a paper copy of policy.
